Hi... I just received the hdmi to vga cable I ordered for my mcbook pro but the usb port is not compatible with my Macbook pro 13 (mid 2012). Please how do I return it and get a compatible one? I will really appreaciate a reply. THanks

The adapter doesn't have usb and usb doesn't support any video adapters.
But this works great with the HDMI port on the MacBook Pro.
